Our Falafel Wrap is a celebration of plant-based Mediterranean cuisine. Each falafel is made fresh daily from dried chickpeas (never canned!), blended with fresh herbs like parsley and cilantro, aromatic garlic, and a perfect blend of cumin, coriander, and other traditional spices. The mixture is formed into patties and fried to golden perfection - crispy on the outside with a tender, herb-flecked green interior.
What sets our falafel apart is our commitment to authenticity. We use traditional methods - soaking dried chickpeas overnight and grinding them fresh - which results in a lighter, more flavorful falafel than those made from canned chickpeas.
